Yesterday (Saturday 3/16), I woke up early, got 100% natural pine mulch to use as his bedding at home depot then poured that in his cage after I lined it with newspaper. I brought out his favorite of the big logs from their playroom and some of his other things and hung his squirrel house… Then woke him up, snuggled him one more time and put him in his outside cage. He seemed to be very soothed by the fact that he had seen everything in there before (other than the mulch and cage itself). He looked around a bit then went in his squirrel house.
